Great organisations run on great operations. This role is part of that.
As an Executive Operations Administrator, you’ll be providing professional, reliable and flexible administrative support at the heart of the University’s leadership function, working closely alongside a team of Executive Assistants who support our most senior executives, including the Vice-Chancellor and members of the University Executive Board. It's a high-profile environment where the bar is high, the pace is real and the work genuinely matters.
From coordinating diaries and managing meeting logistics, to handling financial administration, you'll be the kind of person who takes real pride in getting the details right and keeps things moving smoothly even when priorities shift.
If you’re looking for a role where your contribution is valued, the team is collaborative and there’s genuine opportunity to grow, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
This is a varied and rewarding role supporting senior leaders across the Vice Chancellor’s Office. Day-to-day you’ll be helping to coordinate diaries, arrange meeting logistics, and draft correspondence on behalf of designated members of the University’s Senior Management Team.
You’ll also play an important part in keeping the wider Vice Chancellor’s team running smoothly, processing financial transactions using University systems, maintaining team records and filing, supporting governance processes and providing front-of-house and reception cover when needed.
No two days will be the same, and you’ll be encouraged to contribute ideas and flag improvements as you settle in. There’s also opportunity to get involved in team projects and to develop your skills in an environment that is actively embracing new ways of working.
About the Team
You’ll be joining the Vice Chancellor’s Office, which includes a dedicated group of Executive Assistants and administrators who support the University’s most senior leaders. We’re a collaborative team that supports one another and takes pride in the quality and professionalism of our work.
We actively welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and experiences. We know that diverse teams bring better ideas and deliver better outcomes, and we’re committed to building a team that reflects the breadth of the University community we serve.
