Are you looking for a dynamic and challenging role in a company that is supportive and offers a competitive salary?

Harmony Homecare Suffolk are currently looking to recruit an experienced Care Co-Ordinator to join our team based in Newmarket. We are a homecare provider offering care across Suffolk and Cambridgeshire.

The ideal candidate would have extensive experience within care coordination for service users living within their own homes. You would also ideally have a social care background.

We would like to hear from you if you are/have:

Professional and hardworking
Have a caring and kind heart with the willingness to make a difference to the lives of others in their own homes
A quick learner
Excellent organisation skills
The ability to grow and expand care rounds and look for opportunities of growth to make new care rounds
Committed to delivering a high standard of care
Can work well as part of a team but also use your own initiative

Duties include:

Coordinating/managing the homecare assistants rota and schedules
Providing support to homecare assistants
Maintaining a good working relationship with service users and homecare assistants
Liaising with service users, families and professionals
Covering sickness and holidays
Liaising with the management team to enable company growth
