Job Title: Customer Service & Sales Advisor

We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Customer Service & Sales Advisors at our Norwich branches.

About the role:

We are looking for applicants who are well presented with excellent customer service skills and a professional manner.

This is a permanent, full-time position.

Experience in the automotive sector is not essential, as all training is provided to support your success in the role.

As a flexible, inclusive employer we can tailor the position to suit a range of flexible working patterns, both in terms of hours per day and days per week.

If you are the right candidate for the role, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Responsibilities day to day:

- Welcoming guests into the showroom, and engaging with them to discuss requirements

- Sell vehicles profitably and be able to achieve targets agreed with the Sales Manager

- Co-ordinate and work alongside the sales manager

- Promote and maintain excellent customer relations by personal manner, appearance, integrity, and loyalty

- Prepare order forms and other relevant paperwork

About you:

- Full UK manual driving licence

(Provisional / Automatic driving licences are unacceptable)

- Customer centric attitude

- Excellent customer service skills & proven ability to build a strong rapport with customers

- Flexible and ability to work evenings and weekends (on a rota basis)

- 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing service role

- Previous retail sales experience
