Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to join our team and provide high-quality swimming lessons to individuals of all ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for educating and sports coaching, ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning environment for our swimmers. In line with industry practice you will be self-employed.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver swimming lessons in accordance with the curriculum
- Instruct students on proper swimming techniques and water safety
- Provide constructive feedback to swimmers to help them improve their skills
- Monitor and ensure the safety of all individuals in the pool area
- Maintain a clean and organised pool environment
Skills
- Ability to educate individuals effectively
- Strong sports coaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Lifesaving qualifications (desirable)
- Swim teaching level 2 ASA or STA (please note follow ASA teaching plan)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to £20.00 per hour
