- Health & Safety Leadership - Actively monitor, enforce, and promote safe working practices across all production departments.
- Daily Task Planning - Plan, brief, and review daily activities with the team; use wipeboards and email to keep priorities clear.

- Rework Tracking - Log and report rework and support improvements to reduce recurrence.
- Team Productivity, Effectiveness & Timekeeping - Guide the production team to work efficiently, maintain attendance, and ensure timesheets are completed accurately each day. Monitor hours sold versus hours used and work closely with Operations to track performance across projects.
- Production & Delivery Readiness - Ensure all projects leaving the workshop are complete, accurate, and ready for delivery or handover to the Installation team. Work with the Installations Manager to coordinate timings, sequencing, and any special requirements to prevent delays or rework on site.
- Workshop Standards - Maintain a clean, organised workshop and ensure machinery is safe and maintained.
- General workshop consumables oversight - Ensure workshop consumables and general materials are maintained at agreed stock levels to prevent delays to production
- Standards & Continuous Improvement - Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, methods, and standards in your area. Share lessons learned from each project, contribute to best practice development, and update tools, documentation, or workflows to make future projects more efficient, accurate, and predictable.
