Full job description

Role Purpose

To provide support to the Sales team (selected National Account Managers and Senior Sales colleagues) to ensure the sales function’s activity is efficient and focused.

Principal Accountabilities

To provide the sales team with administrative and co-ordination support.
To coordinate the admin associated with product launches.
To provide admin and pricing support to the Export Nam.
To manage the sales inquiries
To co-ordinate and attend sales meetings
To co-ordinate SOS and any other clearance stock. Liaising with finance, production, sales and marketing to produce WIGIG lists and offer to clearance customers
To be first point of contact for members of the public calling customer service.
Other tasks as occasionally requested by your Line Manager.

This is a development role and has the potential to lead to working as a customer facing sales or account management role.

Skills and Knowledge

Excellent attention to detail
Great level of organisation
Strong communication skills
Strong spreadsheet and word processing skills.
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple requests potentially at short notice.
Good understanding of customer base and product range.
Basic commercial understanding.
