Job Summary
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented full time Quality Auditor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This position involves conducting thorough audits of processes, systems, and products to ensure compliance with established quality assurance protocols, including HACCP standards. The Quality Auditor will analyse data and provide actionable insights to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Shift Pattern
- Monday to Friday on rotation shifts: 6am - 2pm and 2pm to 10pm
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Review and evaluate documentation related to quality assurance, including HACCP plans.
- Analyse data from audits and inspections to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions based on audit findings.
- Prepare detailed reports summarising audit results and recommendations for management.
- Participate in training sessions for staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.
- Assist in the development and revision of quality control policies and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within a manufacturing or food production environment.
- Strong understanding of HACCP principles and their application in quality management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings clearly.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications in Quality Assurance or related fields are desirable but not essential.
