As our team grows, we're looking for an experienced Commercial Soft Landscape Foreman to take charge of on-site operations, lead teams, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage landscape teams on-site, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery
- Interpret and work from detailed plans and drawings
- Oversee all aspects of hard and soft landscaping, including paving, fencing, decking, turfing, and planting
- Ensure site health & safety procedures are followed at all times
- Coordinate deliveries, materials, and equipment on-site
- Liaise with clients, designers, and managers to ensure smooth communication
- Mentor junior staff and promote a positive working environment
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years' experience in landscaping (with leadership responsibility)
Confident with soft landscaping and knowledge (planting, turfing, soil prep)
Ability to read technical and construction drawings Excellent communication and team leadership skills
Full UK driving licence (required)
CSCS card (required)
SMSTS/ SSSTS card (preferred)
Additional Details
- Must be on site by 7:30 AM daily until 4:00 PM
- Some projects may require overnight stays away from home (accommodation provided)
- Company Vehicle provided depending on role and location
