Full job description

Sales Administrator – Full Time, Permanent

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and well-organised Sales Administrator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting others, keeping things running smoothly, and working in a positive, busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing day-to-day administrative support within the sales office.
Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a professional and helpful manner.
Completing accurate order processing and handling customer details.
Assisting the sales team with general administration and paperwork.
Supporting colleagues as needed to ensure smooth office operations.

About You:

Previous office or administrative experience is preferred.
Organised, dependable, and able to manage tasks effectively.
Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills.
Happy working independently as well as part of a team.

Contract Details:

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
