We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Estate Agency Administrator to join our Team.
Based in our office in Wick, the ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients navigate the property market. This role requires excellent communication skills and strong organisational ability to manage multiple clients and properties effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Assisting clients in buying and selling properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process

Conducting property viewings, showcasing properties to potential buyers

Preparing and presenting property listings using various marketing strategies to attract potential buyers

Skills and Experience

We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team in Inverness.
This permanent role involves managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting administrative functions within our organisation. Responsibilities

Greeting visitors and clients to Munro & Noble in a courteous and professional manner

Answering incoming calls promptly, using proper phone etiquette

Handling data entry tasks with accuracy, maintaining up-to-date records

Carrying out general office administration duties such as typing, scanning, filing, banking, dealing with all post including franked mail and DX

Using MS Office programmes, e.g. Word, Outlook for daily tasks

Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area at all times
Skills

Proven office experience with strong organisational skills

We are looking for candidates with a good standard of general education, particularly English.
Previous experience working in a reception-based role, ideally within a legal firm is preferred but not essential. What is important is that you are willing to learn, with a “can do”, flexible attitude.
