We are delighted to invite applications for an Associate Dentist to join Culloden Dental Clinic, a well-established and busy VT training practice led by Dr Robin Robinson-Gregg.

This is a full-time position with an established patient list available, offering an excellent opportunity to step into a stable role with both NHS and private income from the outset.

Culloden Dental Clinic has built a strong reputation within the local community, supported by an experienced team of clinicians, hygienists, and dental nurses who work closely together to provide consistent, high-quality patient care.

What we offer

Full, established patient list

50% associate split

Up to £15,000 contribution towards a master’s degree or equivalent after 2 years as an associate

Mixed NHS and private role with clear opportunity for private growth

Digital workflow, including iTero scanner

Strong earning potential within a busy and established practice

Marketing support to help develop private treatments or a specialist interest

You will also benefit from clinical mentorship and support from experienced clinicians in the group with opportunities to develop skills in implants, cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, and facial aesthetics.

10% reduction in MDDUS indemnity fees
