About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our successful team at Your Move Inverness. This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone looking to build a career within the property industry. As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting buyers, sellers and the wider branch team throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Handling enquiries from prospective buyers and sellers, both in person and over the phone.
Scheduling and coordinating property valuations, viewings and appointments.
Assisting with property marketing, including photography coordination, brochure preparation and the management of online property listings.
Accompanying and conducting property viewings.
Managing property listings and ensuring marketing details are accurate and up to date.
Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers.
Supporting clients throughout the sales process.
Promoting and referring additional services, including mortgage and conveyancing solutions.
Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the branch.

About You

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in a sales, customer-facing or administrative role.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
A positive, professional and enthusiastic attitude.
A full UK driving licence.
Previous estate agency experience would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £26,000.00 per year
