Post Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Highland Council Headquarters, Inverness
Hours: 35 hours per week
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £32,596 - £36,145 per annum

Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: To deliver effective and efficient secretarial support for the Chief Executive, Assistant Chief Executives and Chief Officers.

Requirements

Experience of working in a secretarial role for a senior officer
Experience of organising and supporting meetings
Good understanding of how the Council is structured and
