We’re looking for an enthusiastic CDP or junior sous chef to join our award-winning team at The White House.

Our ideal chef will be a stickler for detail and take pride in every dish that leaves the kitchen. We expect our senior chefs to be able to work well both unsupervised and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and innovate.

We are recruiting for a permanent position, but also open to seasonal placement

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE...

Taking deliveries and prep work – ensuring our ingredients are fresh and ready for action
Working in all sections of the kitchen
Participation in in-house and external training to ensure you and the team are at the top of your game.
Assist the head chef in the design and costing of new seasonal menus
Running the kitchen in the absence of the Head & Sous chefs
Supporting the Head and Sous Chefs in team development and smooth kitchen operation.
