Yard Hand – Gray Material Handling
At Gray Material Handling we are currently looking for a Yard Hand to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to enter the industry, with strong potential for training and career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Fuel, valet, and inspect machines for any damage
- Keep workshop tidy
- Carry out basic repairs and painting of equipment
- Handle deliveries and organise parts stock
- Use an electronic tablet for job management and records
- Operate forklifts/telehandlers (NPORS ticket will be provided)
Working Hours
- Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
- Weekend work may be required occasionally
- Overtime rate: 1.5× hourly rate
- Sunday rate: Double time

- Full UK driving licence (essential)
