At Inverurie Smile Care, we have an exciting opportunity to welcome a new member to the Reception Team. We are an award-winning, family-run dental practice, who prides ourselves on giving the best service to our patients and maintaining a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for both patients and colleagues.

Inverurie Smile Care are seeking a Receptionist to work part-time on a job share basis.

The working pattern is 29 hours per week on a rota basis to cover the opening hours of the Practice which are 8am to 8pm; Monday to Thursday and 8am - 6pm on Fridays.

The role involves taking incoming calls and booking patients into the appropriate time slots for their needs; welcoming patients into the practice, handling any financial transactions and re-booking requirements. There are also a variety of administration tasks to complete.

If you are an effective communicator with excellent administration skills and keen attention to detail; with a friendly, positive attitude and a focus on teamwork who is able to work independently and remain calm in a fast paced environment, you could be the person we are looking for.
