Summary
As a Salesperson at Frank H Mann you will be an integral part of our amazing Sales Team, maintaining customer satisfaction and sourcing new business. This versatile role requires adaptability, problem-solving and a positive, proactive mindset to help drive the company’s growth while ensuring smooth operations and taking on responsibilities from the Sales Lead to make her available for ongoing new ventures.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the current team, the Senior Leadership and our Buyer
- Promptly answer calls and enter orders into the sales system using a code based system (a great memory is vital!)
- Ensure that all customers, existing and new, are assisted in a professional and timely manner and answer any queries or quality concerns promptly
- Provide administrative support and guidance to the team including data entry, stock reconciliation, cross checking orders and all other general admin that is needed daily
- Be prepared to spend time in the warehouse, checking stock and quality, learning about products and serving customers face-to-face
- Deal with product returns and communicate with drivers
- Communicate between departments and shifts to ensure seamless communication
- Be able to problem solve under pressure, be calm, confident and have a string understanding of customer service

We are hands on, down to earth, hard workers and we need personalities who work professionally and set a great example to the wider team.
We are recruiting part time and full-time colleagues to work on various day and evening shifts between Sunday and Friday and some Saturday mornings (cover only). Hours will be relatively fixed but we take orders from 8am to 11pm so someone flexible enough to move their hours around at short notice and bring their positive attitude to every minute on the job will be highly valued.
The starting rate is just a number to fill the box - it will be regularly reviewed and discussed with the successful candidate. The eventual pay rate will be reflective of your hard work, dedication and skill set once you are established.
