Full job description

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to manage all incoming enquiries for the larger Mobility Products and Installed Equipment products, guiding customers through every stage of the sales journey—including from initial enquiry and appointment booking to quotation and order completion. As a central member of the Mobility Sales team, this role is key to delivering a WOW customer experience while maximising sales through a proactive, customer-focused approach and a hungry drive to excel, grow, and achieve outstanding results.

Personal Skills Needed

· Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage customers by phone, email, live chat, and in person.

· Customer-focused and empathetic, with a genuine desire to understand customer needs and deliver a WOW experience.

· Sales-driven and proactive, motivated to follow up opportunities and convert enquiries into appointments, quotations, and orders.

· Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple enquiries and maintain accurate records within CRM systems.

· Self-motivated and resilient, demonstrating a hungry attitude towards achieving targets, learning, and continuous improvement.

· Team player and trusted colleague, working collaboratively across departments while taking ownership and responsibility for results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Internal Sales and Enquiry Handler

· Manage all Mobility larger product enquiries & Installed equipment enquiries, moving them forward to appointment bookings, quotes, and ultimately taking the order. This would include enquiries through:

o Incoming calls

o Email

o Live chat

o Web enquiries

· Manage and follow up all enquiries using Pipedrive, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, and provide regular pipeline reporting during weekly updates and monthly sales meetings.

· KPIs on contacts/conversations with customers reported on daily.

2. Customer Service

· Support with phone answering

· Support with inbox management

· Support with other customer service responsibilities

3. Collaboration & Internal Communication

· Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints.

· Provide feedback on customer needs, frequently asked questions, and product performance to help improve our offer and service.

4. General Duties

Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities that fall within your capability and role purpose, supporting the wider team as needed.

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
