We are looking for a reliable and organised Admin Assistant / Bookkeeper to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, confident with numbers, and able to manage a mix of administrative and financial tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- General office administration and day-to-day support
- Managing emails, phone calls, and client enquiries
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Processing invoices, receipts, and payments
- Assisting with payroll preparation (if required)
- Bank reconciliations and basic bookkeeping duties
- Filing and organising financial documents
- Supporting management with reports and admin tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration and/or bookkeeping
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
