Estate Agency Canvasser – Ipswich & Surrounding Areas
Locations Covered: Ipswich, Woodbridge, Stowmarket, Felixstowe
Contract Type: Self‑Employed or Zero‑Hours (initially)
Compensation: Hourly rate + Commission on successful leads
We are looking for a proactive, energetic Estate Agency Canvasser to support our branches across Ipswich and East Suffolk. This is a field‑based role focused on generating new business opportunities through targeted leafleting, door‑to‑door prospecting, and positive engagement with local communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering leaflets and marketing materials across designated routes on foot
- Door‑to‑door canvassing to identify potential sellers, landlords, and valuation opportunities
- Acting as a professional, friendly representative of the brand during public interactions
- Working flexibly between our Ipswich, Woodbridge, Stowmarket, and Felixstowe offices
- Reporting back on canvassing activity, local insights, and potential leads
- Wearing company‑provided branded workwear and maintaining a smart, presentable appearance
About You
- Confident, personable, and comfortable speaking with the public
- Presentable and professional at all times
- Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
- Physically fit and capable of covering substantial walking routes daily
- Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive approach
- Full clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential
Contract & Rewards
- Offered initially on a self‑employed or zero‑hours basis, providing flexibility
