Full job description

St Helena Hospice is looking for a Quality & Compliance Administrator for 3 days per week (Tues, Weds, Thurs) working 18 hours per week.

The main duties of this role are:

Planning and organisation of key meetings.
Produce timely minutes of meetings, ensuring actions are logged and monitored, and relevant Sentinel modules are updated.
Maintain relevant reporting data as determined by service requirements.
Manage applications for medical records.
Support Quality and Compliance team with reporting.
Support Quality and Patient Safety Officer with clinical audit and policy work.
Provide annual leave cover to the Quality and Patient Safety Officer
