Weddings & Events Admin Assistant (Entry-Level)

Location: Retreat East, Suffolk

Join us at Retreat East, a stunning luxury countryside venue nestled in the heart of Suffolk. Surrounded by a farmhouse, a beautifully restored barn, and 28 luxury onsite accommodations, we specialise in top tier, bespoke weddings and events.

We’re looking for a motivated, detail oriented Admin Assistant to join our Weddings & Events team. This is a fantastic opportunity if you’re just starting out in the industry. no prior experience required, just a passion for events and a love for organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Events Team with administrative tasks, including coordinating client communications, managing schedules, and maintaining event documentation.
Assist with booking logistics, vendor coordination, and guest communications.
Ensure all event documentation is accurate, organized, and accessible.
Help manage the day to day admin flow. responding to inquiries, updating timelines, and preparing reports.

What We’re Looking For:

A passion for weddings, events, and creating unforgettable experiences.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast paced environment.
Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
A proactive, can do attitude!
