This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Van Technician to join our team and play an integral role within our growing business.

It is essential you hold a Full clean UK Driving licence.

Full-time role, based out of our new Ipswich depot.

Hours: 40 - 45 per week

Salary dependent on experience.

Weekday Overtime available.

Daily tasks will include:

Carrying out inspections, service routines, and repairs
Diagnose and find faults in a wide variety of vehicles
Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and efficient workshop
Prepare vehicles for MOT and presentation for test
Work with service and parts staff in order to ensure the efficient progress of work through our workshops
Obtain diagnostic and repair information
Interpret diagnostic information/readouts and use wiring diagrams effectively
Use a range of diagnostic equipment. Report faults using company procedures and recommend suitable further actions
Be able to follow recognised/manufacturer repair processes and complete a wide range of repairs some of which will include complex procedures.
Test the function of repaired and fitted components
Adhere to business processes and complete documentation following workplace procedures

Van/Light Commercial Vehicle Technician candidates must have the following attributes:

Be apprentice trained and qualified in Vehicle Mechanics, Maintenance & Repair or equivalent or have a minimum of 5 years experience.
