As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a friendly, confident and outgoing Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ipswich.
This is a hands-on, on-the-road role where you’ll:
- Deliver and refresh our displays for existing customers each month, keeping every space looking its best.
- Build great relationships with clients and ensure they love the service we provide.
- Help grow our customer base by introducing new businesses to our award-winning designer flowers using our soft, consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Field based role making sales / developing new business using our proven selling structure and process.
- Generating leads and acquiring new business opportunities within the designated territory.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Understanding client needs and recommending tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Participating in networking events, trade shows, and other industry-related activities to expand the company's reach and visibility.
- Representing Floral Image with professionalism, integrity and enthusiasm, embodying the company's values and commitment to excellence in all interactions.
- Servicing our current customer base.
- Look to increase the penetration of Floral Image within the existing customer base by gaining multiple unit placements wherever possible.
- Completing daily admin - including updating customer information, sales figures and responding to queries by email and phone.
