CBRE GlobalWorkplace Solutions is a leading global facilities management company, andwe're looking for a Regional Contract Manager to join our team in the Ipswich / Colchester area.

WhatYou’ll Do:
Contract& Operations Management : Oversee all aspects of contract performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs,compliance, and efficient operations.
TeamLeadership & Development : Manage and direct the Engineering and Operational teams, including performance,training, and adherence to CBRE procedures.
Client& Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and CBREmanagement, including reporting and issue resolution.
Financial& Quality Control: Manage financial plans, focusing on revenue, profit, and cost reduction, whilemaintaining quality standards and business policy adherence.
ContinuousImprovement & Compliance: Proactively identify improvements, implement control systems to meet statutoryand contractual commitments, and ensure a safe working environment.
Communication& Training: Deliver effective communication through various channels and demonstrate acommitment to ongoing training for site, systems, and staff development.

What We’reLooking For:
FacilitiesManagement Experience: Proven experience in Hard Services FM, including self-delivery andsubcontractor management.
Financial Exposure: Previous management of P&L and/or budgeting.
Leadership& Team Management: Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to direct andmanage a team.
Communication& H&S: Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), and a solidunderstanding of Health & Safety (NEBOSH/IOSH preferred).
TechnicalProficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organisational skills.
PerformanceUnder Pressure: Ability to prioritise, work under pressure, and deliver services withindeadlines.
