The Opportunity: Digital Marketing Co-ordinator
The Digital Marketing Coordinator, EMEA will play a key role in creating engaging digital content that brings ESG’s products, people, and brand to life across the EMEA region.
This role has a strong hands on focus on content creation, including social media management, video creation and editing, and digital storytelling, alongside day to day digital marketing activities. You will work closely with business leaders, product managers, and regional teams to plan, create, publish, and analyse compelling content that supports lead generation, brand awareness, and product launches.
You will be passionate about producing high quality creative content: from short form social videos and product demos to website content and campaign assets, and confident, adapting messaging for different markets and channels. Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects will be essential to success in this role.
As part of a small, collaborative marketing team, you will also support wider marketing initiatives as required to help deliver the overall EMEA marketing agenda.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content for ESG’s digital channels, including LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, and email campaigns
- Plan and manage social media content calendars for EMEA, aligned with campaign, product, and regional priorities
- Write compelling copy for social posts, blogs, landing pages, and digital campaigns
- Adapt global content for local EMEA markets, ensuring relevance and brand consistency
Video & Visual Content
- Produce and edit video content including product demonstrations, short‑form social videos, customer stories, event highlights, and internal communications
- Capture video and photography at events, trade shows, and on‑site where required
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to storyboard and deliver creative video concepts
- Ensure all video and visual content aligns with ESG brand guidelines
Digital Campaigns & Performance
- Support the planning, execution, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns across EMEA
- Monitor and report on performance of content and social media activity, using insights to optimise future content
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to support product launches and promotional activity
Collaboration & Support
- Liaise with internal teams including Product Management, Sales, and Operations to source content ideas and technical information
- Support the Marketing team with additional projects as needed to meet business objectives
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a digital marketing or content‑focused role
- Proven ability in content creation, particularly for social media and digital platforms
- Strong video editing skills (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
- Confident creating short‑form social content as well as longer‑form video
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience using social media management and analytics tools
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual content
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- A collaborative, proactive approach and willingness to support wider team initiatives
- German and/or French an advantage
