Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and presentation. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in kitchen operations and a keen eye for detail to develop their career within a reputable establishment.

Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to the restaurant’s standards and recipes
Oversee specific sections of the kitchen, such as grill, pastry, or sauces, ensuring smooth operation during service
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
Monitor food quality and ensure consistency across all dishes served
Collaborate with the head chef and other team members to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings
Requirements
Essential experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a busy restaurant environment
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential
Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
