Full job description

We are looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse Administrator to join our team. This is a part‑time position with the potential to transition into full‑time based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Arrange and schedule deliveries to customer's private addresses.
Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate with drivers and customers.
Prepare sorting paperwork and ensure all delivery documents are accurate.
Prepare delivery notes, customer paperwork and shipping documentation.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, stock movements and customer information.
Update warehouse log and spreadsheets with delivery details.
Liaise with warehouse staff, drivers and customers to resolve delivery queries.
Organize and file warehouse documentation.
Answer phone calls and emails professionally.
Support the Warehouse Manager with general administrative duties.
Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and on time.

Requirements

Fluent English
Experience in warehouse operations or e‑commerce fulfilment preferred
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
Ability to work independently and follow operational procedure
Computer skills (order systems, spreadsheets, email)
Physically able to handle warehouse tasks when required

Working Hours

Part‑time position (minimum weekly hours can be discussed)
Opportunity to increase hours based on workload
Potential to transition into full‑time

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Work Location: In person
