Full job description

The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator to join our financial services team. The successful candidate will provide essential support in managing mortgage applications, liaising with clients and lenders, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop within the mortgage and financial services sector, contributing to the smooth operation of our mortgage processing department.

Key Responsibilities

Providing administrative support to Mortgage Advisers and managing cases to completion
Processing and managing client documentation and correspondence
Scanning, filing, and maintaining accurate records using our internal systems
Liaising with lenders and third parties on behalf of advisers
Supporting the wider team with general office administration tasks
Ensuring compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For

Good computer literacy — comfortable using business software, systems, and digital tools
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively
Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role is essential

Pay: £24,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
