Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager

Salary: £31,200 – £40,230 depending on experience / capability

Perfect Skin Group is an award-winning, doctor-led medical aesthetics and skincare organisation with a national profile and a reputation built on clinical excellence, ethical practice and evidence-led care. Our clinic recently became the first in the UK to be inducted into the Hall of Fame at the Aesthetics Awards 2026 — the highest accolade in the industry.

We are now looking for a Senior Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager who is ready to take real ownership of high-profile, high-impact marketing activity across our founder's personal brand and the clinic. This is not a role for someone who wants to be handed a brief and execute it. It is for someone who sees the opportunity, builds the strategy, delivers the content, reads the data, and raises the bar.

The Role

This is a largely autonomous position. You will work alongside at least one other marketing executive, but this role demands someone who can lead from the front — setting direction, making decisions and delivering results without needing to be managed.

Your primary focus will be the growth of our founder's personal brand — one of the most respected voices in UK medical aesthetics — and our flagship clinic brand. You will own the full marketing mix: from long-form video and short-form social content to paid campaigns, email strategy, SEO and performance analytics. You need to be genuinely strong across all of it, not just comfortable with some of it. Some latitude is possible as we support the development of our team — please clarify areas for development in your covering letter.

What You Will Do

Lead and deliver marketing strategy across the founder's personal brand and the clinic
Plan and execute campaigns that drive brand growth, patient enquiries and treatment bookings
Create and manage content across all digital channels — social media, email, website, video, blogs and paid advertising
Produce and edit short-form and long-form video content including reels, YouTube and campaign assets
Write sharp, accurate copy for campaigns, website, email and branded materials
Own performance analytics — tracking, interpreting and acting on data to improve results
Manage SEO strategy and website content to drive organic visibility
Identify and act on new digital opportunities before they become obvious to everyone else
Work directly with our founder and senior leadership to ensure all output is accurate, aligned and genuinely excellent
Line manage and develop at least one marketing team member

What We Are Looking For

You will have at least 3–4 years of relevant marketing experience and, critically, you will be able to demonstrate genuine competence across the full digital marketing spectrum — not just a working knowledge of each area, but real delivery. Analytics, paid social, SEO, email, video production and editing, content strategy, copywriting, campaign management. We need someone who can do the work, not just oversee it.

Experience in aesthetics, skincare, healthcare, wellness or a service-led business is strongly preferred.

AI is not optional here. We want someone who has fully embraced AI tools — not as a novelty, but as a genuine force multiplier in their day-to-day work. We want to hear exactly how you have used AI to do things faster, smarter or at a scale that simply would not have been possible before. If you have a track record of measurably outperforming expectations because of how you use AI, we want to know about it. This will be a meaningful part of how we assess candidates.

You will also be someone who understands that marketing in a clinical environment carries a higher standard of responsibility. Content must be accurate, compliant and never misleading. You will be able to take complex clinical or scientific information and make it accessible without dumbing it down or overstating it.

Tools you should know your way around:

WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and AI platforms relevant to content, production and workflow.
