Provide 4th line application support and act as an escalation point for 2nd and 3rd line teams

Support, maintain and enhance Infor System 21 (Aurora) using RPG and related coding skills

Own incident resolution, meeting agreed SLAs and driving root cause analysis to reduce repeat issues

Manage and maintain key applications, ensuring systems are patched, upgraded and highly available

Work with internal teams and third-party suppliers to improve system performance and reliability

Act as an SME on key systems and projects, supporting both BAU activity and future improvements
