Boutique Private Clinic | Central London | Part-Time | Management Potential

About the Clinic:

We are a discreet, high-end dental clinic in Central London, known for exceptional service and a calm, refined patient experience. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the principal dentist in a low-volume, quality-focused practice — not a corporate or rushed NHS setting.

The Role Includes:

Creating an impeccable first impression for patients in person and over the phone
Managing bookings, payments, treatment coordination, and SOE/Exact
Supporting compliance documentation and confidential recordkeeping
Handling remote patient calls on non-clinic days (low volume)

Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 3 years in a private dental or medical reception/admin role
SOE/Exact experience is essential
Excellent written and spoken English, with a polished and professional style
Bonus: Background in luxury service, concierge, or European-style settings
Calm, trustworthy, proactive — and able to manage a small clinic environment

Schedule & Pay:

Self-employed role, part-time
In-clinic: Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays (approx. 9am–5pm)
Remote call handling: Wednesdays & Fridays (light volume)
£130/day depending on experience, plus £200 monthly remote call allowance
Growth potential into a management/coordinator position over time
