OverviewJob Title: Customer Services Coordinator
Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Based on experience

About Us:

Trade Counter are a growing organisation in the warehousing and distribution industry, dedicated to delivering outstanding service to our customers. We're looking for an experienced Customer Services Coordinator to join our growing team.

Ideally, you'll have a background in customer service within distribution, logistics, or supply chain environments. This is a onsite office based role.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Managing customer accounts

✔ Building strong customer relationships

✔ Coordinating orders and deliveries with the warehouse team

✔ Monitoring stock and delivery schedules

✔ Maintaining accurate records

✔ Resolving customer queries professionally

What we're looking for:

✅ A friendly positive, can-do attitude who enjoys working as part of a team

✅ Previous office-based customer service experience

✅ Strong communication and organisational skills

✅ Confidence using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel)

✅ Ability to work independently and use initiative

Pay: From £27,500.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Stowmarket IP14 5ND: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
