Job Title: Labourer

Location: Jarrow

About the Role

ORG Developments Limited is looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic labourerto join our team.We are looking for a reliable and hard-working labourer to join our team on a busy construction site. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist tradespeople and site supervisors with day-to-day tasks
Carry out general labouring duties including site preparation and clean-up
Move materials, tools, and equipment as required
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
Follow all health and safety regulations and site procedures
Support with basic tasks such as mixing materials, loading/unloading deliveries, and setting up work areas

Requirements

Previous labouring or site experience preferred but not essential
CSCS card (preferred)
Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
Ability to take instruction and work safely at all times
