Key responsibilities

Manage day to day operations across a block property portfolio
Handle enquiries, site visits, inspections and onboarding
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and contractor relationships
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Prepare reports for owners and support long-term asset management and planning

What we’re looking for

Strong communication and relationship building skills
Experience in residential property management, but not essential
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently
Knowledge of local housing regulations and best practices
