Glanville is seeking an experienced and inspirational Chief Executive Officer (circa 15 hours per week) to provide strategic leadership, governance and financial oversight, working closely with the Management Committee and Home Manager. This senior role requires proven executive leadership, strong financial, audit and risk management expertise, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the Management Committee and Home Manager to lead strategic initiatives, support major projects and organisational development, strengthen governance, and help secure the long-term sustainability and success of the charity.
