What Will You Do?
As a trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience in:

Providing administrative support to the Fiduciary Management Team, including filing, document management, and meeting preparation.

Assisting with client-related tasks such as payment arrangements and database updates to ensure efficient service delivery.

Handling ad hoc administrative duties and supporting team members during absences.

Acting as a first point of contact for clients, preparing correspondence (letters, emails) with precision and professionalism.

Learning and adhering to RBC’s policies, procedures, and compliance standards, including audit requirements.

What Do You Need to Succeed?
Must-Have:

Educated to A-level or equivalent
A keen eye for detail and a strong focus on accuracy. -
A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.

Highly organised and confident managing your workload and deadlines independently.

A proactive approach, a flexible mindset and a genuine team spirit.

Clear, confident communication, whether you're writing it down or talking in through.

Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
