CONTENT CREATOR & CREATOR PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER

LOCATION: TYNE DOCK, SOUTH SHIELDS, TYNE & WEAR NE33 5SP

SALARY: £35k to £40k per annum depending on experience

Full-time 37.5 hours per week

Office based role: at least 60% of the working week

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm including 1 hour lunch break

Plus benefits including on-site parking

Reporting to the Head of Social Media, you will be part of our growing Social Media team, helping build one of the UKs most exciting social commerce brands. We are investing heavily in social commerce and creator led marketing to accelerate growth across our direct to consumer and retail channels. This is a unique opportunity to help build this platform at the beginning of its journey.

JML is a dynamic, multi-channel consumer products business with over 40 years of expertise in product innovation, brand development, and retail marketing. We bring our products to life through a powerful combination of in-store theatre, digital marketing, ecommerce, and strategic retail partnerships across the UK and internationally. Key Responsibilities

Create engaging Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube content.
Film and edit short-form videos.
Identify and recruit creators and influencers.
Manage creator campaigns from briefing to delivery.
Build a scalable creator network across multiple product categories.
Coordinate product seeding and gifting programmes.
Work with our Head of Social Media to turn creator content into high-performing ads.
Help drive measurable sales through social commerce.
