As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a creative and motivated Property Photographer & Content Creator to join our team. We are open to applications from full-time, part-time and are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business and play an important role in shaping our marketing and brand presence.
The Role
This is more than just a photography role. We are looking for someone who can help us create engaging visual content that showcases our properties, people, and personality across a range of platforms.
You will be responsible for photographing and filming residential properties, creating social media content, editing images and videos, and helping us develop creative marketing campaigns that stand out from our competitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Professional photography of residential properties.
- Property videography, including walk-through tours and promotional videos.
- Creating engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Editing photographs and videos to a high professional standard.
- Producing short-form video content and social media reels.
- Working closely with our estate agency team to highlight the best features of each property.
- Assisting with branding and marketing campaigns.
- Managing multiple shoots and deadlines effectively.
- Maintaining a consistent visual style across all marketing channels.
- Keeping up to date with current social media, photography and video trends.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Previous photography experience, ideally within property, architecture, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong videography and video editing skills.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms.
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Good understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
- Drone photography and videography experience would be advantageous.
- Drone licence/certification would be beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
