Northgate House Care Home, part of Lanam Healthcare, is looking for caring, reliable, and hardworking Housekeepers / Domestic Assistants to join our friendly team. You will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean residents’ rooms, communal areas, bathrooms, offices, and corridors to a high standard
- Follow infection control and health & safety procedures at all times
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly
- Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or concerns to the senior team
- Support laundry duties when required
- Ensure dignity, privacy, and respect for all residents
- Work as part of a team to create a welcoming and homely environment
What We Are Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking individuals
- A caring and respectful attitude towards elderly residents
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and high cleaning standards
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
- Right to work in the UK is required
