Joining the Sales Operations team, responsible for sales reporting, forecasting, administration of Salesforce, and operational analysis, helping the business scale efficiently while maintaining accuracy and visibility across the pipeline.

Own day-to-day Salesforce administration, data quality, structure and governance

Improve Salesforce workflows, reporting and automation to improve efficiency

Produce accurate, timely sales dashboards and reports
- Analyse sales trends, identify risks and opportunities, and present insights to senior stakeholders

Support quarterly and annual planning with data-driven analysis

Maintain and report on sales forecasting models

Work with Revenue leadership to ensure forecast accuracy and consistency

Work with Revenue leadership to formulate quotas, comp plans and commissions

Support Deal Desk with data and insight into deal structuring and commercials

Work closely with Sales, Finance, Operations as part of the Sales Operations team

Experience with Salesforce administration in a service based business

Advanced Excel skills and BI tools

Experience in sales operations or data analysis

Experience of working in a Cyber Security environment
