Job Introduction
Are you a driven and experienced Estates professional looking to take the next step in your leadership career? Sodexo Health and Care is seeking a Estates Manager to join our senior leadership team within the Hard FM Estates function at Royal Stoke Hospital. This critical role is central to the operational performance and compliance of the Hospital Campus.
Working closely with the Head of Estates, you’ll lead a large multi-disciplinary team and play a key role in delivering safe, efficient, and compliant Operations & Maintenance services—supporting outstanding patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
What You'll Do:

Lead the development, deployment and management of site-specific Lifecycle Asset Management Plans (LAMP).

Maintain accurate asset registers and ensure compliance with data standards, including integration with Global Maximo.

Oversee asset and O&M data updates following lifecycle works and projects.

Support the delivery and forecasting of annual and 5-year lifecycle and capital project plans.

Manage projects safely and compliantly in line with project frameworks, CDM regulations and statutory requirements.

Supervise and quality-check specialist subcontractors, ensuring high standards of safety and performance.

Collaborate with internal teams, PFI partners and stakeholders to deliver joined-up maintenance, lifecycle and project activities.

Use data analysis, reporting and scenario modelling to inform decision-making, improve asset performance and ensure compliance with NHS and organisational standards.
What You Bring:

Strong experience in ISO 55001 asset management standards (certification desirable).

Proven track record operating within complex PFI and consortium environments.

Demonstrated ability to lead change management and improve business processes.

Skilled in building and managing effective relationships with clients, stakeholders and suppliers.

Ability to work cross-functionally to deliver successful outcomes and high-quality services.

Excellent planning, organisational and attention-to-detail skills with a quality-driven approach.
-
Strong influencing, communication and authentic leadership capabilities.
-
Commitment to driving performance, employee engagement, innovation and continuous improvement aligned to organisational objectives.
