Overview
An opportunity has arisen for the role of a Laboratory Assistant within our Bradford based Technical Team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on role with routine, consistency, and structured tasks.
Main Duties
- Quality control testing of manufactured products in an accurate and timely manner.
- Accurate keeping records and documentation.
- Maintenance and disposal of retained samples.
- Preparation and circulation of certificates of analysis and dyes for production.
- Internal calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Follow established processes and quality standards to support daily operations.
- General lab maintenance and up-keep/5S.
Essential Criteria
- GCSE English, Maths and Science at grade 4 (or C) minimum.
- Computer literacy.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable Criteria
- Previous laboratory experience.
- Organised and dependable.
- An effective time manager.
- Quality orientated.
- Excellent communicator.
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week worked between 8.00am-16.00pm, Monday-Friday with a 20-minute paid morning break, and a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
Location: This role is a site-based, in-person role.
