We are looking for a Junior Office Administrator to join the team at our facility in Castleford.

The Person

We are looking for a highly organised individual with strong time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask effectively, prioritise workloads, and work both independently and as part of a team. A friendly, professional attitude and a willingness to learn are essential, along with a positive, pro-active team-oriented approach.

· Confident with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook,

The Role

To provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure efficiency within a busy office environment.

1. General Administration & reception cover.

2. Customer Service Administration.

3. Document Management.

4. Data Entry.

5. Staff Support.

6. Basic Finance Support.

7. Ad‑hoc Tasks.

Full support & training will be provided.
