Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Sewing Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate industrial sewing machines to produce heavy-duty, high-quality products efficiently and accurately. Your expertise in sewing techniques and experience with warehouse operations will be essential in ensuring smooth production flow and maintaining our commitment to excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where craftsmanship and precision are valued.

Responsibilities

Operate various industrial sewing machines such as twin needle, walking foot, single feed, lap seam etc.
Follow detailed work instructions, and quality standards to ensure consistent output.
Inspect finished work for defects, proper stitching, and overall quality before final approval.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Be able to work with heavy-duty materials and fabrics.
Adhere to strict production deadlines and quality agreements.

Requirements

Previous experience operating industrial sewing machines in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
Strong sewing skills with an eye for detail and quality control.
Familiarity with warehouse operations and material handling.
Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and work efficiently under strict deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail, organization skills, and a proactive attitude toward safety.
Ability to follow instructions precisely and work well within a team environment.
Authorisation to work in the United Kingdom.
