An exciting opportunity has arisen at The Spinning Block , which forms part of the Holmes Mill site. We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join the James` Places Team.

Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer incoming calls, manage phone etiquette, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
Maintain an organised front desk area and ensure the reception area is tidy at all times.
Handle correspondence and communicate effectively with clients, staff, and external partners.

Requirements

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills.
Proficient in computerised systems.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accuracy in data entry.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a busy office environment.
A positive attitude and professional appearance are essential for this role.
Must be available evenings and weekends
