Overview

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join our dynamic business within our engaging human resources team.

You will play a key role in enhancing HR efficiency, supporting organisational growth, and enabling workforce development initiatives that are critical to the long-term success of the business.

Responsibilities include:

Actively support the implementation of the new HRIS system, including user acceptance testing, process documentation, and training coordination for managers and employees.
General HR Operations, to include providing HR advice and support to managers and employees and maintaining accurate HR records
HR administration, reports and HR metrics
Recruitment & Onboarding, managing the end to end process, working with stakeholders and ensuring a positive candidate experience

Essential Requirements

Demonstratable experience in a HR Advisor / generalist HR position
Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR Best Practice
Experience of full recruitment cycle
Experience of supporting HR systems (HRIS)
Excellent IT administration skills along with strong interpersonal skills

Desirable Skills

CIPD Level 5 qualifications (CIPD Associate) or working towards
Experience of supporting business integrations (Mergers & Acquisitions)
