Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our team at The Robert Parker Hotel Collection in. This role is vital in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and organization in our kitchens, supporting our culinary team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workspaces.
Ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
Contribute to a smooth-running kitchen operation.
Support the team during busy service periods.
Uphold the standards of our historic hotels by maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
Qualifications
Proven experience or interest in hospitality or culinary environments.
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Flexibility to support various tasks as needed.
Prior experience in hotel or restaurant settings is advantageous.
Knowledge of health and safety standards in kitchens is preferred.
