Job Summary

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Housekeeper, where your attention to detail and dedication will create a welcoming and spotless environment for our guests. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the property, ensuring every guest experiences comfort and excellence. Your energetic approach and commitment to high standards will help foster a positive atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hospitality while contributing to a memorable guest experience.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to established standards.
Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and amenities to ensure guest comfort.
Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, dust surfaces, and clean windows to maintain a pristine environment.
Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards.
Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures using approved cleaning agents and equipment.
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by management.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when stock needs replenishing.

Experience

Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with guest service standards.
Experience in janitorial or cleaning roles that showcase attention to detail and efficiency in completing tasks.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues effectively.
A proactive attitude with a focus on creating a welcoming environment for all guests.
