EXECUTRY PARALEGAL
Taits Solicitors & Estate Agents is a long established law firm with offices in Kelso and Jedburgh in the Scottish Borders. We provide legal and property services to individuals and businesses in both towns, and the surrounding areas.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executry Paralegal to join our team on a full time basis. You will work with the private client team in all aspects of executry work, managing executry cases, Confirmation applications, Inheritance Tax forms and preparing wills and powers of attorney. There will be a high degree of direct client contact. You will be able to work independently and handle your own caseload, under supervision, as well as working with the team to provide excellent client service.
The successful candidate should ideally have at least 2 years’ experience in an executry role. This role will suit candidates interested in the quality of life a rural location offers.
